Local Advantage Comes From Local Experience And Local Knowledge

There is a reason Santa Cruz’s elite local surfer find their way to the podium in the WSL’s Oneill Coldwater Classic (Past Winners: Anthony Ruffo , Pete Mel, Chris Gallagher, Adam Replogle, Kieran Horn & Nat Young) as well as the many amateur events held annually.

Along with the tremendous talent within our local surf community, the experience and familiarity with the two primary contest locations at Steamers Lane and Pleasure Point give knowledgable surfers a significant advantage over their fellow competitor. Both of these waves are recognized by elite surfers worldwide as some of the most difficult and frustrating locales to compete in.

I offer event specific caching including pre-event sessions and onsite coaching and support during events, providing surfers the insight and understanding needed to compete at the highest levels in Santa Cruz contests
